Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us! We are committed to providing all our clients with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another client from being seen.
Please call us at (619) 985-0931 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. If prior notice is not given, you will be charged $25 for the missed appointment. No shows are also charged an additional fee with a price determined by appointment missed. We understand that unavoidable circumstances do come up and will do our best to work with you in case of emergency.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without contacting, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled.
